Our virtual parade for AJEX
The AJEX Remembrance Parade and Ceremony, which we will be speaking about more in the coming weeks, is next month, and will mark a remarkable 100 years since Jewish Veterans first laid a wreath at The Cenotaph.
To honour this special anniversary, we would like to showcase photos of the children and grandchildren of war veterans wearing their parents’ and grandparents’ medals in a ‘virtual parade’. And of course if you are a veteran, or a family member is, we’d like to receive their photos too!
Please send all photos to youandus@theus.org.uk, and remember that inherited medals should be worn on the right side of the chest. We look forward to seeing your photos!
