Have you ever eaten a coconut pyramid when it's not Pesach? Or a cinammon ball? I haven't, but writing this and salivating, I'm wondering why not!
First night seder is on Wednesday 5 April this year so we've put together an email full of Pesach resources to help you prepare. If you're looking for a communal seder in one of our communities for first or second night seder, just click here.
You will probably sell your chametz through your local rabbi or community but if you're not able to, our friends at KLBD will be very happy to help and you can download a form from their website. There's no charge, but you are very welcome to make a donation.
KLBD have released their Pesach product list which you can view here. Thanks to KLBD, a number of Tate & Lyle sugars now bear a KLBD-P symbol and can be purchased for Pesach from regular shops and supermarkets at the normal year-round price. Other mainstream products such as Saxa salt, Yorkshire Tea and many Nescafé products can now be enjoyed all year round and at Pesach too even without bearing a kosher l’Pesach seal.
If you're looking for a restaurant which is open over Pesach check out Tony Page at the Island Grill and Sami's on Golders Green Road. And if you need somewhere to buy ready-cooked food to enjoy or a company which will deliver Pesach food to your front door, KLBD have got that covered too. Just click here.
And with all the preparation, it's easy to forget to set some time to think about Seder nights until the day arrives so to help we've got articles about the Seder and the Seder plate here, articles about Pesach here, some Pesach FAQs here and a range of programmes to watch in your own time on TheUS.tv.
Do check out what programming your community will be putting on in the run up to Pesach, and of course your Rabbinic teams will be available to answer any questions you might have.

You did it!
Thanks to your support we smashed our fundraising target this week for US Chesed. Nearly 2,700 of you donated to our online matched giving campaign and helped us raise over £520,000 (and counting)!
We're looking for a new Chesed Projects Worker to enable us to help so many people in need. If this sounds like you, click here to see the job description!
Your gifts will make a real difference to thousands of people who receive help from us throughout the year. In the words of one family: "Thank you for your support of meals and essentials. You truly make the difference for us and we are extremely grateful. Taking into account that we are on very low incomes and the cost of living is increasing, which makes the matter worse, your project helps us to carry on. I don't know how we could survive without it. Many thanks again."
It's not too late to donate - just click the link. On behalf of everyone at US Chesed and all our wonderful volunteers, thank you!
